Ipamorelin + CJC-1295
The most studied combination in the growth hormone group, and a good example of why blends exist.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Type | Blend of two peptides |
| Components | Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 without DAC |
| Routes | Ghrelin receptor and GHRH receptor |
| Research field | Growth hormone release, recovery, sleep |
| Form | Freeze dried powder in a vial |
What it is
Two peptides that both release growth hormone, but through different receptors. CJC-1295 works through the GHRH receptor, ipamorelin through the ghrelin receptor.
Why combined
Two different buttons for the same result reinforce each other: together they give a larger effect in research than either alone. That is why this combination is the most studied blend in this group.
Check which CJC
This blend takes the variant without DAC. It acts briefly, so release comes in pulses the way the body does it. The DAC variant gives flat stimulation and does not suit the same design.
What to check
As with every mixture: a certificate with both substances measured separately and the ratio stated.
Practical
Both components are short peptides and keep well as powders.

Four links, two buttons and a whole family of peptides. Why so many different substances exist that all drive the same hormone.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin in brief: the most selective ghrelin mimetic, without the side routes of the older variants.
CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF 1-29: a short acting GHRH fragment that follows the natural pulses.
